6 -	Construction and injection resins, injection gel, synthetic resin coatings

6.01 - KÖSTER KB-Pox® EM-VS 2-component, multi-purpose, water based epoxy resin sealant with excellent covering properties. For sealing of wall and floor surfaces (e.g. garages). Colour in accordance with RAL?7032 (pebble grey). Other colours available upon request.

6.03 - KÖSTER VAP® 2000 2-component, low viscous, solvent-free, transparent special resin as vapour barrier against the formation of osmotic blisters. Vapour barrier against osmotic action. Mixing ratio by volume 100 : 38. For priming on unsealed interior concrete floors, also suitable for application underneath vapour-tight flooring.

6.06 - KÖSTER KB-Pox® LF-BM 2-component, solvent-free, low viscous epoxy bonding agent with excellent adhesion to all mineral substrates. Once applied to the substrate it creates a mechanically highly resistant coating. It is possible to broadcast dried silica sand over the coating up to a ratio of 1 : 9. Mixing ratio by weight 2 : 1.

6.071 - KÖSTER LF-VL KÖSTER LF-VL is a solvent free, pigmented floor covering for industrial uses. It is self levelling and possesses a high resistance to abrasion.

6.083 - KÖSTER Corrosion Protection Hard and tough abrasion resistant corrosion protection for steel structures and elements.

6.086 - KÖSTER VE KÖSTER VE is a vinyl ester mortar with very good adhesion to all mineral substrates and to stainless steel. The material can resist high mechanical and chemical stresses.

6.12 - KÖSTER KB-Pur® Gel Solvent-free, water activated polyurethane gel. Depending on the amount of water added, a highly elastic waterproof massive or respectively foam hydro gel is formed. It does not promote corrosion and is designed and tested for use in drinking water environments. It can be used for curtain and area injection as well as for posterior waterproofing of dilatation joints.

6.13 - KÖSTER KB-Pur® IN 1 Injection Foam Water activated hydrophobic MDI based polyurethane injection foam. The system only reacts if it has contact with water. It then immediately forms a stiff, waterproof polyurethane foam. Volume expands 30 times. Free of solvents and fillers, resistant to hydrolysis. Designed and tested for use in drinking water environments.

6.14 - KÖSTER KB-Pur® 2 IN 1 Injection Resin Water activated, solvent-free, polyurethane injection resin. Suitable as injection foam at water bearing cracks and joints as well as flexible solid-resin for permanent crack sealing.

6.14 - KÖSTER KB-Pur® IN 2 Injection Resin Solvent-free, low viscous, 2-component polyurethane injection resin. It is permanently elastic and designed to withstand continuous contraction and expansion and is thus ideal for repair of moving cracks. Viscosity approx. 200 mPa.s.

6.15 - KÖSTER KB-Pur® IN 3 Injection Resin Solvent-free, rigid, low viscous, 2-component polyurethane injection resin. Compressive strength >80 N/mm², tensile strength 14 N/mm². For sealing of cracks and joints where structural strength is required.

6.17 - KÖSTER KB-Pur® IN 5 Injection Resin 2-component, very low viscous, elastic polyurethane injection resin. Viscosity (25 °C) approx. 70 mPa.s. For sealing of fine cracks and for injection via injection hoses.

6.19 - KÖSTER KB-Pur® IN 7 Injection Foam 2-component, water activated, elastic injection foam. Volume expansion 30-fold. For single-step waterproofing of water bearing cracks.
