12.06 - KÖSTER Superpacker with firmly mounted cone-head(grease nipple) fitting for pressure injection, galvanised. KÖSTER Superpackers are suitable for pressure injection. They are inserted into the borehole so that the rubber seal of the port is completely submerged in the borehole. Then, the port is tightened meaning the rubber seal is compressed which causes it to expand in width thus pressing it onto the wall of the borehole. The cone shaped tightening piece also ensures that the seal is pressed tightly onto the wall of the borehole. This way, the port is installed tightly in the borehole.
